Consideration : £5. 10s and the surrender of 5 years and 4 months unexpired of a Lease dated 12 March, 1678/1679 made between the said Robert Foulkes, deceased (1) and Richard Kyffin of Maynan, esq., deceased, grandfather of the said Richard Kyffin (2) of two messuages in Meriadocke [Meiriadog], co. Denbigh, called Tythun Robert Prees Gruffith and Tythun Thomas Williams. |
