Gift of a little messuage or tenement in Trelan, co. Flint, and two closes occupied therewith, of which the first is called Coedcaer vonwent, on which the said messuage stands, lying in breadth between the glebe lands of the vicarage of the parish church of Nannerch on one side and the churchyard of the said church and a parcel of the lands of Sir Thomas Mostyn, kt. on the other side, and in length having one end abutting upon a common called Gwayn Nannerch and a highway leading to a certain brook to a place called Rhud y Maengwyn in the other end; and the second close is called y Coedcae Main, in breadth between the said highway and the lands of Hugh ap John David to the lands of 1.; also four other parcels, the first of which is called yr acyr tan y ffordd, the second and third lie in a close called y Coedcae tan yr Eglwys and the fourth is called Acer y pylle.
