Gift of a messuage, tenement and lands in Nannerch and four closes there, the first of which is called Coedcae'r ydlan and lies in breadth between the highway from the parish church of Nannerch towards the town of Denbigh and another highway from the said church towards the parish church of Skeiviock [Ysgeifiog], and in length from the lands of the heirs of John Panton, gent., deceased, to the lands of 1.; the second called Coedcae'r pwll, lies in breadth between the lands of Robert Salusbury, gent. and the said highway from Nannerch to Denbigh, and in length from the lands of Rhys Gruffith to the lands of 1. called y Bryn bach; the third called y Bryn bach, lies in breadth between the said highway and the lands of the said Robert Salusbury, and in length from the lands of the said Robert to the lands of 1.; and the fourth, called y Dryll cwtta, lies in breadth between the lands of Sir Thomas Mostyn, kt. and the lands of the said Rhys Gruffith and in length from the lands of the said Rhys to the said highway from Nannerch to Denbigh.
