Demise to 2. for 99 years of messuages, fulling mill, lands and tenements called Llwyn y Cray, Kymera ucha, Kymera issa, Bwlch Yockin, Wylva, Tyddyn Gwyn, High Gate, Tu ucha, Corse, Gwerglodd y Tu ucha, Wenallt, Bodlosked, Carreg Llwyd, Teilia Mawr, Teilia bach, Rhiwia Cochion Ucha, Talybont, Cae blaidd, Rhiwia Cochion issa, the fulling mill and the house, gardens and corse belonging thereto the house at Kefn Trooskol, Shooch y Ravon, Singrik, New Inn at Stentir brook, Ty yn y Kefn, and Llwyn y Crai house, all in the parish of Ffestiniog, co. Merioneth; a messuage, lands and tenement called Tal y Bont near Rhose y Bala and a house and smith at Rhyd Ucha in the parish of Llanyckill [Llanycil], co. Merioneth; and a house in Weun Bala with an inclosure belonging thereto, in Llanyckill [Llanycil].
Also, Conveyance of 572 ounces of silver plate and the woods growing on the demesne lands of Pengwern, in trust for the raising from the sale of the said woods the sum of £400 for the payment of some of the said Anne Wynne's creditors. Particulars of the silver plate mentioned are included in a schedule endorsed.
