Merioneth; a messuage, lands and tenement called Tal y Bont near Rhose y Bala and a house and smith at Rhyd Ucha in the parish of Llanyckill [Llanycil], co. Merioneth; and a house in Weun Bala with an inclosure belonging thereto, in Llanyckill [Llanycil].
Also, Conveyance of 572 ounces of silver plate and the woods growing on the demesne lands of Pengwern, in trust for the raising from the sale of the said woods the sum of £400 for the payment of some of the said Anne Wynne's creditors.
