| Disgrifiad | Desires to be buried in the parish church of Llangelynnin. Bequeaths to his grandchild Jane Nanney hir messuages and lands called Tyddyn Du yn y llan, Tyddyn bach, Cae'r Ceybnor, Cae'r Ymryson, and Carnedd yr Orsedd in Bodgadvan, she to hold the same until be paid the sum £200 by his grandchild John Nanney; after such payment the lands are to go to the said John Nanney.
Further bequests include the moiety of all his goods and chattels to his wife Margaret Anwill "according to the custom of North Wales", with the rest of his goods to his grandchild John Nanney whom he appoints as his executor.
