| Disgrifiad | Bequeaths all his real estates in Denbighshire and Flintshire to his eldest son Richard Edmund Williams with reversions to his second son John Ignatius Prcell Williams, his youngest son James Vaughan Williams, and to his four daughters : The Trustees named in his marriage settlement are to raise £5000 and pay the same to his brother Ignatius Williams and Thomas Hughes of Ystrad, to be hed in trust for his younger children.
By Codicil dated 31 January 1860, he provides for his two daughters Sidney Elizabeth and Lucy Victoria, both married since the date of the will, revokes certain legacies and increases those given to his daughters Sarah Ann and Harriet Susannah |
