Disgrifiad | Bequeaths all his lands in Talyllyn, Llangelynnin, Dolgellau, Llanfihangel-y-Pennant, Llanegryn, Towyn and Llandecwyn (except the capital messuage of Maesypandy, another messuage called Nantoer and a mill called Melin Maesypandy) to his nephews, william wynn of Maesyneuadd, Esq., William Williams of Palsgrave Head Court, London, Surgeon, and John Devoreux of Newtown, Montgomeryshire, in trust that they shall pay all his debts etc. and all legacies mentioned in the weill, but subject to annuities of £30 to his sister Elizabeth nanney and of £5 to his servant Richard Anthony. Bequeaths Maesypandy, Nantoer and Melin Maesypandy to William Anwyl of Hengae, gent. and David Rees th eyounger of Maesypandy, gent. in trust fir his eldest sister Lowry Nanney with remainders to William Wynn, his nephew, Robert Wynn, eldest son of W.w. and their heirs male; then to William Williams, his eldest son, John Williams, his second son francis Williams and their heirs male; then to John Devereux, Pryce devoreux, younger son of his sister Mary Nanney and other sons of the said Mary; then to Mary, Blandina and Elinora Devoreux, eldest and second younger daughters of Mary Nanney; then to the eldest daughter of Robert Wynn and after her to Elizabeth Wynn eldest daughter of William Wynn; then to Margaret Wynn second daughter of William Wynn and her male issue; then to the female issue, successively of Elizabeth Wynn, Margaret Wynn, John Williams, Francis Williams, William Williams, John Devoreux, Pryce Devoreux, Mary Devoreux, Blandina devoreix and Elinora Devoreux. The will contains a provise that all male members of the family inheriting the estat shall take the name of Nanney on attaining their majority, |
