DisgrifiadDesires to be buried in the parish church of Llanbedr, towards reparation of which he bequeaths 12d. Further desires that Henry ap Rees his tenant should continue to hold Erwy Harlet and Erwy ir Efallen, and that John David of Llanbedr, another tenant, mat enjoy the lands now in his occupation for the full term of his lease; and that Elliw verch Rees Wynne, his mother may make a lease Tythyn y Felin to Gruffydd Lloyd. Bequeaths the sum of 40/- to his brother Humphrey Lloyd towards his maintenance in the University; the moiety of his goods, "according to the custom of North Wales", to his wife Agnes, and the other moiety to his children, viz: his daughters and two youngest sons Henry and William. Appoints as his executors, Robert Morgan, his father-in-law, Anthony David Lloyd, his uncle, Thomas ap Robert Wynne and Gruffydd Lloyd, brothers-in-law, and John David Lloyd his uncle: Annexed= Inventory of all the "goods, cattles and chattels" of the said John Lloyd.
