Disgrifiad1. William Wynne of Glyn, Esq., Evan Evans of Tanybwlch, Esq., Robert Evans, son and heir of Evan Evans, and Lowry, his wife, Samuel Jones of Llanfrothen, gent. and Elizabeth, his wife.

2. Maurice Wynne of Moel y glo, Esq., and Peter Meiricke of Garthlwyd, gent.

Covenant (in consideration of (i) the marriage hitherto solemnized between the said Robert Evans and Lowry; (ii) an agreement before the marriage between Evan Evans and Edmund Vaughan of Bronhwylog, co. Denbigh, Esq. deceased, tutor and guardian of the said Lowry; (iii) the sum of £172 paid by the said Evan Evans to Edmund Vaughan in persuance of the agreemant and also of the settling and conveying of the lands of the said Evan Evans and Robert Evans and also the lands of Ffowlke Price, deceased, father of the said Lowry, and now the inheritance of the said Lowry; and (iv) the sum of £300 to be paid by William Wynne the younger, gent, one of the sons of the said William Wynne the elder, to the said William Wynne the elder, for the debarring of all estates, entails, etc. on the properties undermentioned) to levy a fine upon Nant'r Evell, Havbd y llyn, Y Wayn Wen, Trwyn y Garnedd, Bryn Mawr, Crege Penybryn, Tan y Bwlch, Tythyn Thomas, Bron y Turner and Melin Tan y Bwlch, all in Ffestiniog; Tythyn y Pandu in Maentwrog; Rhiw Bryfder; Talynewydd, Sarne, Llwyn y gell, Tythyn y Nant, Anrege Duon, and Y Mur Llwyd in Ffestiniog and Maentwrog, Melin y Tythyn Du in Maentwrog; Bedwillim, Varchynys, Gwasted Annes, and Tir Lysa David, alias Gawen, all in Llanaber and Llanegryn.
