Deed of partition of the capital messuage in Stratgwyn and the lands belonging thereto called Cwm Rhwyddor and Tythyn yr Ysgubor, together with other lands in Stratgwyn called Tythyn y llyffant, alias Powls, Cwm Rhyddor ucha, alias Tythyn bach yn y Cwm or Carnedde and the messuage etc. called Cae Pen y Bryn It is agreed that the said Margaret shall have the capital messuage in Stratgwyn where she, Thomas ap Humffrey and Hugh ap Humffrey now dwell, and the lands called Tythyn y llyffant, except a parcel of lands of the said premises called Cwm Rhwyddor Ucha; while the said Hugh ap John ap Hugh is to have Cae Pen y Bryn and Cwm Rhyddor Ucha or Tythyn bach yn y Cwm, alias Tythyn y Carnedde. |
