Lease for 40 years of all messuages, mills, lands and tenements in Beaumarais and elsewhere in co. Anglesey which the said Thomas Lord Bulkeley and Richard Bulkeley conveyed to the said Roger Mostyn by Indenture tripartite of equal date.
Annual rent of £300 to be paid during the first seven years of the term; also £400 during the first yeare after the death of Dame Anne Cheadle, wife of Sir Thomas Cheadle; £100 during the second year, and £100 during the third year after her death; in all, £2,700. |
