Demise for 15 years of messuages, lands and tenements in the townships of Nantbychan and Tregarnedd, co. Anglesey, which were conveyed by Sir Roger Mostyn, late of Mostyn, by his Indenture of Release dated 12 January 1641/2, to the said John Mostyn and Robert Todd of Westminster, gent., to the use of the said Sir Roger during his life with remainders successively to the said John Mostyn, 'such woman as the said John Mostyn shall happen to marry,' Roger Mostyn, party to the present Deed and grandchild of the said Sir Roger.
The term of the Demise to run from the end of the term and estates aforesaid. |
