Gift of a messuage with a dwelling house standing thereon in the township of Glotheth Issaph, together with a parcel of land containing three virgates in Glotheth Vchaph and lying between the lands of the said Richard ap Howell called Kaye lloyn Llywelyn on the east side, and the lands of the said Richard called Kaye yr vronne on the west side, and having one end abutting on a new boundary lately made between the said three virgates and the lands of Rinald ap Kennrick on the north side, and the other end abutting on the lands of the said Richard called Kay lloyn Llywelyn, on the south side.
