C'von; and closes called Gweirglodd Howell, Cae Howell, Tier y Drain, Cae Warringe, and Gwerne y Berfa, all in the said parish of Gyffin. Recites an agreement (dated 30th November 1683) before the marriage of the said Robert Wynne with Ellin Wynne then of Conway, spinster; and recites her deed of feoffment dated 4th December 1683. The said Richard Ambrose is named attorney by the parties of the first part.
