Lease for 12 years of a messuage in Castell one time the inheritance of Richard ap Rees ap Gruffith, deceased, grandfather of (1), with its appurtenances; a piece of void ground called the heoll between the lane there and the said messuage; two little gardens adjoining to the said messuage; half a close or meadow in Cstell called Erowe Varrett; and a close in Castell lying in one end upon the way leading form a place called Bron Hythgen to a place called Yr Henrhyd, and in the other end upon the lands formerly belonging to Hugh Peake, esq., deceased, and on one side upon a close called y kay mawr, andn on the other side upon, near or towards the said messuage and the orchard belonging thereto.
