Demise of messuages, lands and tenements called Tythyn y Gwine, Garth Veilir and Tythyn y pottyn near y Clogwyn rryd ysgwystyl in the township of Abererch, co. Caernarvon, which Gruffith Lloyd ap Howel ap Gruffith, free tenant of the bishop of Bangor in the said township, mortgaged ('tir prid') to (1) for an initial term of four years commencing on the feast of St Michael, 16 Henry VIII (1524), and subsequently for quadrennial periods, for 40s. sterling.
