Gift of two tenements called Brynllynghedwydd, one dwelling house, one close of land and one parcel of land, namely, Kay er dryll Rees ap Gruffith ap Jenkyn, and one other parcel of land or close called Kayr Go, all which premises lie in length from a certain parcel of land called Dryll Karnedd Engharad, at the west end, to a certain bridge over the River Ergh called Pont Phynnon gadvergh at the east end, and in breadth from a tenement of one Humffrey ap David Lloyd called Tythen yr ysgybor now in the tenure of John ap David ap Reese, on the south side, in the township of Aberergh.

Given at the township of Aberergh, 'die mensis Februarij Anno Regni Dne n're Elizabeth....vicesimo p...(illegible) Anno Domini 1588 [sic]'.
