Lease for 21 years of lanes and orchards called Castle Orchards; a barn without the higher gate of Conway with a lane belonging to a garden, the property of 2; a fish weir 'near the furthest point of the Marsh' called Gored Leave; and a toft in the said town marsh; all being in the parish, franchise and liberties of Conway; and another fish weir called Gored Bach, within the said franchise and liberties, but in the parish of Eglwys Rhos 'on the further side of the River Conway under the Comon belonging to the said Town, called Towyn y Ferry.'
