Gift of a messuage and lands lying in breadth between the lands of Iorwerth ap Madoc ap Grono Vaughan, called Coitkie mawr, and the ldns of the said Madoc ap David, and extending in length from the water called Dee to the escheat land; one parcel of land called maes gwynn lying between the lands of the said Iorwerth ap Madoc on both sides, and extending in length from the said water of Dee to the escheaet land there; one parcel of land at one time belonging to David ap Howell ap Llewelyn Goec lying in breadth between the said escheat land and th eland late of Howell ap Llewelyn Goec, andn in length between the said escheat land and a parcel of land lying in breadth between the land of the said Iorwerth ap Madoc and the land of the said Howell ap Llewelyn, and extending in length from the land late of Ithel ap Grono;
four strips of land, of which two abut on the said water of Dee and the other two abut on the said escheat land;
one parcel of land lying in breadth beetween the lqand of the said Madoc ap David and the land of David ap Iorwerth Vaghan, and extending in length from the land of John of Eytton to the water of Alun;
one butt of land in Cae Madoc;
one parcel of land at ystym dreinioc, lying in breadth between th ewater of Dee and the land late of Iorwerth ap Gruffith ap Howell, and extending in length from the land late of the said Iorwerth to the said escheat land;
and one parcel of land lying in breadth between the land of the said Madoc ap David and the land of Grono ap David ap David Sant and extending in length from the land formerly belonging to Madoc Cragh of Almor to the escheat land in the township of Alincton in the hamlet of Almor.

Given at the aforesaid township of Alincton, Friday next after the feast of St Augustin, 1 Henry VI.
