Quitclaim of a parcel of land lying in a place called Smethmedw in the township of Alynton, between the part owhich is now in variance between the son of Iollyn Lloit and Llewelyn ap Gruffith ap Iollyn, and the part belonging to the said Thomas; and extending from the part belonging to the son of Gruffith ap Jamas (?) to the parts belonging to Gruffith ap David and the said Thomas.
