(i) R.P. to 'distmortgage' and redeem at or before the feast of St Stephen 1609 his capital messuage called Trevallyn in Allington, co. Denbigh, now in the tenure of Thomas Puleston of Allington, gent., and other messuages or tenements there, formerly belonging to Edward Puleston of Havod y Wern, deceased, elder brother of the said R.P., and conveyed by him to R.P., 2 April 1604, upon condition of redemption on the feast of St Stephen in 1606 or on every such feastday from three years to three yeasrs during the tern of 30 years.

(ii) R.P. and Mary, his wife, to convey the premises to J.M for ever.

(iii) J.M., in consideration thereof, to pay R.P. the sum of £870.
