The said presmises and lands adjoin lands formerly of Sir Evan Lloyd, Bart., dec'd called y Pedair gwana Tur Calch, Tur Coch, Pwll y Duon, and Gwaith y Gwr buchan, on the south side; and the river called Allen Vechan on the west side.
A proviso reserves to the Bishop and his successors lead and other ores, and coalmines.
