Assignment for the residue of a term of 5,000 years (in trust to attend the inheritance) of a messuage or tenement and lands called kae pistill, kae uwch ben y Tu, Erw pwll, Cae tau y Bedw, Trim y gwyn, r Sofl Gwair alias Coed Cae Tuhwnt'r Berllan, y Glin alias Erw hir, Coed y Gribbin Ganol, y Garthfordd, Erw maen, y gribbin losk, Coed y gribbin lost, Cae tan y Coed, Cae gwyn, part of Erw hendir, y Geilan, part of usgwith y Mairl adjoining the lands called Erw ganol and Erw Issa; 5 butts enclosed out of gribbin ganol, a parcel of land bounded by Voel, Cae havod ucha and Cae havod issa; Cae yn ynau alias Cae y Nant, Cae Newidd with the wood thereon growing; Lettice Tudir, a toft and lands calaled maes ben hadlog, a close called Cae havod issa with a cottage thereon standing; several other messusages or tenements and lands; and the tithes of corn, grain and hay issuing from the township of Eglwysegle; all in Eglwysegle, Maes r'ychen, Llangollen Vechan, and Bache, in co. Denbigh.
