Deed of exchange of five closes formerly called Kae yr gelynen, Y vach gau helig, Y vownog, Y kae crwn and Y kae tan y ty, in Penporchell, lying eastward upon a parcel of land of Sir John Salusbury, bart., called Bryn y Bwch, and northward upon another parcel of land of the said Sir John called Rhose y maen lloyd, and upon a way leading from a gate called Llydiart kefn y beddey to a place called Llydiart kefn y beddey to a plac ecalled Rhyd dwppie of the west part, and southward upon another way leading from the said gate towards Henllan church; a cottage standing upon one of the said parcels; and two other closes in Penporchell called Y bigell and Y kae eythin of the east side, and of the west side upon the siad gate, and of the south side upon the lands of the said William Lloyd called Plas yockos and Kae tan y ty, and of the north side upon the said say leading from the said gate to Henllan church (R.Ll.) for one close in Penporchell called Y Marrian and free liberty to turn and divert water upon another close of the said William Lloyd called Plas yockos into another parcel of land of the said Richard Lloyd called Kae yr dderwen (W.Ll.).
Provision for levying a fine of the premises.
