Assignment of a messuage or tenement called Tythyn Ucha and closes thereto beloning called Ffrith wen, Ffrith y pobty, Ffrith bach, Groft y pobtu, Kae'r Skybor, Y fedw ucha, Y fedw issa, Kae yskin, Y weirglodd issa, Yr hen blas issa, Kae'r gwair, Kae meriog, Erw'r ddwyberth, Y kae tan y tu, Groft Evan Griffith, and Y Glyn bach; a messuage or tenement called Tu Newydd, alias Tythyn issa and closes thereto belonging called Y ddol, Kae'r deintir, Yr hendir ucha and Yr hendir isa;
a messuage or tenement called Tythyn John Griffith and closes thereto belonging called Ffrith bach, Kae'r mynydd, Y ffirth ganol and Y kae wrth y tu; and closes called Yr henblas ucha, Y weirglodd ucha, Y glyn canol, Y glyn mawr, Y glyn bach and Y werne bach - all in the township of Deunant and parish of Llansannan, co. Denbigh, to and for the sole benefit and behoof of the said John Roberts and his assigns until out of the profits thereof he or they be paid the sum of £77 due to him and from and after the said payment, to the sole benefit and behoof of the said John Byrchinsha and John Robert until out of the further rents and profits thereof the sum of £100 be paid and they indemnified;
and afterwards to the benefit of the said Richard Lloyd.
