Denbigh; a messuage or tenement in the possession of 1. called Carreg y Pennill, and 9 parcels of land belonging thereto called y Bryn, Gardd y Cra, y dolidd bychain ar lan yr avon, nant Carreg y Pennill, kay yr Dentir, yr acker galed, y kay glase vwrth yr yskybor, Brwn mwn ddv and y roft with yr skybor, all in Trerllan in the parish of Llanrhayder in Kinmerch;
four parcels of land in Trerllan called Koed y fach yssa, kay'rnant, Pelley ir dwr mawr and Pelley indwr [sic] bychain;
three parcels of land in Trellan called y fron, y kay nessa ir foord and y kae glase;
a large close called ffryth fawr in the township of Boddidrist in the parish of Llanarmon cos. Denbigh and Flint;
a close in the township of Trerllan called Kay Mawr;
and a close called Gweirglodd Maes y llan in Trevechan, co. Denbigh, to the use of 1. for his life, and afterwards to the use of 2. for her life, and afterwards to such uses as 1. shall limit and appoint.
