Deed to lead the uses of a fine of messuages, lands and tenement in Bodlyman in the parish of Llanthvlas, co. Denbigh, formerly belonging to Hugh Conway, esq., deceased, and which Edward Conway, esq. and Hugh Conway, his son and heir, conveyed to the said Gruffith Wyn for ever, 24 June 1583;
two water corn mills in Bodlyman called Melin Bodlyman and y Velin Newyth;
a messuage and tenement in the parish of Llanrooste called y Plase Breeth;
another messuage, tenement and lands there called y maes mawr, y kae haele and kay yr graig;
and other messuages and lands (unnamed) in Bodlyman, Llanroost, Llanthvlas, Tybrith and Mathebryd, co. Denbigh.
