Denbigh, called Tu yn y Nant and closes thereto belonging called Maes Gronw, Cae uwch ben y tu, Y Gweirglodd bach, Y ddau drill y Camney, y Tyddun Du, Cae Such, Kettie'r Gwindu, Cae'r Wyn, Ffrith Roger, Ffrith ganol, Ffrith pen rhiw goch, Ffrith Rhiw goch, y Ddol bach, Nant y Gasseg, y Clyttie gleision, Gilfach'r Eden and Y Nant, together with a cottage in Trovarth;
a messuage or tenement in the township of Maesegwig, co. Denbigh;
to the said Richard Evans in the parish of Bettus Abergeley, co. Denbigh;
a messuage, tenement and lands in the townships or hamlets of Nannerch, Bodrach and Pentref'r Werne in the parish of Llangernew;
a messuage or tenement and lands in Nannerch called Bryn y Pair, and closes thereto belonging; a messuage, tenement and lands in Bodrach called Tythun Minffordd;
and closes in Bodrach and Nannerch called Ddol, alias Dol Howel ap Owen, Y fron and Bryn Du.
