Agreement concerning the estate of Robert Salusburie, gent. of Llan Roste, deceaesd, consisting of a house called the 'mancione place of llan Roste' with its demesnes and other lands appurtenant thereto in the hundreds of Vuchaled, Issaled, Istulas and Dyffryn Klyed, co. Denbigh, part of which is held in copyhold, part by soccage in freehold and part of the Crown by knight service, R.S. died leaving two daughters Gwen and Elyne, both under 21 years of age, by reason whererof the Crown is entitled to their wardship. But William Salusburie, R.S's brother has wrongfully intruded into the estate and disinherited the two daughters.

John Wyn ap Meredyth and David Owein have bought the wardship form Sir John Puleston, to whom it was granted by Edward VI, and it has been agreed that Gruffith Wynne shall marry Gwen and Morice Kyffin Elyne. The parties accordingly covenant as follows:

(i) Elice Price is to have the moiety of the estate, which will be legally conveyed to him by Gruffith and Gwen and Morice and Elyne when Gwen and Elyne come of age;

(ii) John Wyn and David Owein, and Gruffith Wyn and Morice Kyffin to permit John Price of Egloisege, esq., to occupy and enjoy, during the minority of Gwen and Elyne, the lands which were lately in the possession of William Salusburie and receive the rents and profts thereof to the yearly value of five marks of that part of the lands as shall be theirs after the division made between them and Elice Price, to the use of Katherine verch Robert;

(iii) Gruffith Wyn and Gwen and Morice Kyffin and Elyne, when Gwen and Elyne come of age, to make a sufficient assurance of the said lands to the said Katherine Lloyd for her life and her heirs by William Salusburie.
