Gift of two strips ('seliones') of land extending in length from the River Dee to the escheat land, and in breadth from the lands of one Eigion ap Owen in a place called Yrystumddreinioc; one strip of land extending in length form the lands of the said Jevan ap Deicws to the escheat land, and in breadth form the lands of the said Jevan to the lands of on eIthel Sonne (?); one 'haddlonde' of land extending in length from th eescheat land late in the possession of the said Ithel to the escheat land called Talar Jevan Crach;
four strips of land extending in length beyond the lands of Jollyn Lloyd, and in breadth between the lands late of Ithel Sonne and the lands late of Madoc Goch and Madoc Sant in a place called Kolvachblethyn.
