Bargain and sale enrolled of a parcel of arable land called Y kay bach lying in the town of Harleche between a place called Bryn yrevaell and Llyn y merche; one toft with a garden called Brynyrevaell and Llyn y mierche; one toft with a garden called Gardd y fynhonie in a place called Y comyns in the said town; one parcel of arable land called Y kay kannol lying between a tenement called Y kay dy on the north side, and with one end abutting on a croft ('croftum') called Y kay krach eastwards, and the other end abutting on a croft called Y kay bach westwards; also, nine roods of meadow in Harleche lying between the meadow of William ap Richard on the north side, and the meadow of David ap Robert on the south side.
