Description1. Sir Henry Ley, kt., constable of the castle of Hardelaghe and mayor of the town of Hardelaghe, David Lloyd ap Nicholas and Richard ap William, bailiffs of the said town, and the whole community thereof.
2. Ievan Lloyd ap Howell, burgess of the said town.

Lease in perpetual fee farm of ten roods of meadow land lying in a place called yr Acrey newydd within the liberties of the town of Hardelaghe between the lands of Robert ap Ievan ap Morgan and the lands of Humffrey ap Howell;
five roods of meadow land lying in yr acrey newydd between the lands of Robert ap Ievan ap Morgan and the lands of Humffrey ap Howell;
five roods of meadow land lying in yr acrey newydd between the lands of John Thompson and the lands of Morgan ap John ap Robert;
and four roods of land lying in a place called yr gorse in Hardelaghe between the lands of John Thomsone on both sides.
