| Description | Note of agreement that John Thompson of Hardelagh, co. Merioneth, gent who by his deed indented dated 16th January, 1612/1613, has mortgaged to Gruffydd Vaughan of Corsygedol, co. Merioneth, Esq., inter alia one house and garden called ymhen y Bryn, shall have quiet possession of the said house and garden on payment of 4/- per annum on the feast of All Saints;
and that the said G.V. shall, on redemption of the mortgage, return to the said J.T. several deeds and writings scheduled. |
