DescriptionContains letter from Cecil Hayes at the Royal Hotel, Monte-Carlo [on headed notepaper] to Lord Anglesey who wants to write a memoir of the "unfortunate late Marquis of Anglesey" along with a copy letter from John Sanderson to Lord Anglesey in response to the aforesaid letter. Sanderson concludes his letter with "The letter in my opinion can only have one object namely that of obtaining hush money but there are I fear a number of other persons who have as much or more material for the writing of a Memoir".

Also, contains copy correspondence between Mr Tchitchagoff and Mr Gardner in which the former is requesting £500 to start a business in Paris.
