Mr. Tate and W.Rathbone spending £200-£300 more than they thought. The architect is very anxious to add a heating chamber which would cost £200 but would save £40 per annum. Asks if Lord Penrhyn would be willing to provide the heating chamber or would he prefer to enclose and layout the playground. |
