DisgrifiadA long and complicated document covering 107 foolscap pages. Principal terms (after reciting various deeds of marriage settlement, etc) : £7000 to be divided in equal shares between his younger children by his wife Maria Josepha Stanley. Charges his Cheshire estates with the payment of £3000 to his 3 unmarried daughters who are also to share a rent charge of £400 on such estates. Also charges the estates of Edward Wynne with £1000 to be divided amongst Anglesey and Caernarvonshire to his eldest son Edward John Stanley in fee simple. Charges all his estates in N.Wales with the sum of £4000 to be paid to his executors with remainder to his heirs. Charges Penrhos with £4500 to be paid to Lord Sheffield and Edward Penrhyn. All furniture, books etc. at Alderley to go to his wife. All farm stock and arrears of rent at Penrhos to go to his son William Owen Stanley, etc, etc.
