A. (pp, 1-61) Rent-roll of Plas Einion, and disbursements out of the estate (servants wages, bills, taxes, repairs to tenements, etc.) 1714-1739. Note in particular pp. 6-7 - "Memorandums of Plas Eneon Accounts extracted out of a folio ledger book or journal wherein ye particulars are posted"; these are in the Chancellor's hand and refer inter alia to his marriage with Ann Lloyd (heiress of the Plas Einion estate) in August 1714; to the dates of his residence at Plas Einion, and finally the dates of his separation from his wife : "1719, 10 December, my wife and I parted articles".
