Title | Order of the trustees of the Anglesey Turnpike that an offer be made to Sir John Thomas Stanley of 200 guineas over and above the estimated value of Ty Mawr farm before the embankment was made, or alternately, £10.p.a. or a lease of it for 21 years in addition to its former annual value previous to the embankment. The trustees are of opinion that the embankment will be a great advantage to the farm by its draining many acres of rich land belonging thereto, and believe that Stanley's intended application is based on a mistaken notion that the farm will be injured by the embankment. |
