Assignment of the residue term of 500 years in Gorswen and Isallt in Holyhead. The properties were mortgaged for 500 years to said William Vickers by Margaret Williams of Caernarvon, April 16, 1774 for £380 and interest. The said M.W. died intestate, 16 August, 1774, and her son William Williams on 9 April, 1776 leaving the properties to his sister the said Jane Evans. The said William Griffith has lately paid off the mortgage and purchased properties from William and Jane Evans. By the present deed Vickers assigns the residue of the term of 500 years to Henry Jones in trust for William Griffith. |
