TitleLetter from Humphrey Humphreys to his sister-in-law, Margaret Wynn
DescriptionEsteems her letter by the last post a very extraordinary kindness and obligation having so long neglected her. His heailth has been much better this year than formerly, though has had 2 fits of the cholic and cold. The Parliament seems now to draw to an end but they will stay in town sometime longere to provide thing for Hereford. Designs to have cousin Ned to Hereford with them but had reason to hope he will be chosen fellow of Jesus College first. Has no good news to impart. God preserve the Queen and government in Church and State and defend us from the French power which it seems, grows strong in Germany.
