Title	Letter from Richard, 3rd Viscount Bulkeley, London to John Owen of Penrhos
Description	Was glad to find by Owen's letter of the 23rd that he approves of the accomodation lately made. Has been since assured by the speaker himself that it was an indecent action in Sir Arthur to put in petitions of that nature without acquainting either of the representatives of the county of it beforehand. When he put in his list for a new Commission of the Peace he will use his utmost endeavours to make his friends acceptable and his antagonists otherwise - particularly D.LL. whom he presumes unqualified to act, as appears by an order filed among the records at Caernarvon. By the same post he received Owen's letter of the 24th, wherein he mentions that one hogshead of wine is already gone to Baron Hill as for the brandy, the winter will defer the sharing thereof until he returns. In the meantime he desires Owen to defray salvage as it seems best to his discretion.
