Letter from Jane Kynaston at Ryton to John Owen of Penrhos
Description
'Honoured Brother'.
Has read both his letters to her mother who is much troubled that her jointure is come to such a low rate, but she desires him to do what he pleases for she thinks she shall not live long to receive anything from it. Further estate business.
'Your, affectionate Sister and humble Servant'.
'Direct your letter to be left at ye widow Tomkins in Oswaldstree'.

Jane Kynaston was presumably the daughter of Thomas Kynaston of Rytop, Salop and Margaret, relict of Thomas Owen of Penrhos. John Owen was therefore her half-brother.
