She acquainted her mother with the contents of his letter, and as for her rents, her mother thinks it hard that she should pay Mr. Wynn out of it, being that she had cleared all accounts when she saw Owen last. His mother has been much troubled with the gout all this winter, but is much better, though still lame. She commands the writer to tell him that she is very glad to hear that she shall see him at their Assizes. The writer begs Owen give her brother Richard her kind love and service when he sees him. Richard's son is very well but is not willing to be mastered by woman. Desires Owen to give her humble service to her sister and her kind respects to cousin Emma. |
