TeitlLetter from Thomas Bulkeley from Dinas to John Owen of Penrhos
DisgrifiadIt is not for want of due regard to what Owen proposed concerning 'our project' that the writer had not troubled him sooner, but that he expected an opportunity to meet him at the election at Beaumaris. 'My Lord is so farr from being cold in the thing' that he called upon the writer two or three times to mind it, and the writer has enquired so far that he doubts the property is not at present vested in him but his mother. All the parties are ready to advance the sum that will be judged requisite and the writer is promised some voters, so that when the season favours they may begin. Desires Owen to be at Beaumaris by Tuesday night, the day following being the appointed time to choose.
