Think it proper to acquaint H.O. and Mr Rowlands with it in order to proceed amicably for an honest opinion in case it is a disputable point. If it is his right it need not alter proceedings with regard to the personal estate, and the writer's cousins who are at Bodwiney may continue there and have the profit of the lands this year.
