TeitlLetter from William Owen at Wexford to his brother, John Owen at Penrhos
DisgrifiadSince his last letter to Owen, the Lord Bishop of Fearns, at the request of some of the writer's friends has been pleased to dignify the writer with a prebend which was formerly worth £40 per annum, so that this addition will make a handsome competence. If the Bishop of Bangor was pleased to condescend to Owen's request he may return him both his and the writer's real thanks; yet by no means let Owen accept of Rhoscolyn, for then both his Lordship and the writer in regard of profit, would be at a loss.
If Owen writes to Ruyton let him present the writer's duty to his mother, whom, God willing, he proposes to see this summer
