TeitlLetter from William Stephens at Dublin to Mrs Ann Owen at Penrhos
DisgrifiadHas waited on Mr Burton, with whom he has settled everything in relation to cousin John Owen. Has fixed on £100 to be paid in hand and 4 years' service to lodge at his house and to eat at his own table. Burton has moreover assured the writer that he will treat him with the same tenderness and regard as he would his own son, but at the same time will expect the same obedience. So the writer hopes that with all these great advantages his cousin will think himself highly obliged to mind his business with the most indefatiguable application. Desires Mrs Owen to send him over with the first packet boat if possible
