| Description | Inter alia, bequeaths to his wife all his goods and chattels and all his 'term' lands which he holds by lease, with the reversion thereof to his son Charles Goodman, excepting all wainscots, old bedsteads tables, implements and heirlooms at Plas Ucha and his house called Plas Newydd in Ruthin. Further bequeaths to his son and heir Simon Goodman his mansion house of Plas Ucha and all the freehold lands now in his possession in Llanvair, Llanelidan and Ruthin; and to his son Charles Goodman, after the death of Penelope, his wife, all his purchase lands and the reversions of years of the tenements called Heither and Hengwm in the parish of Llangwm. |
