Hereford; the garden and orchard pertaining thereto; various parcels of pasture, meadow, arable, hop-field, etc, called Hodgell meadow, Hodgell Hop Yard, Partridge Close, Perkins Orchard, Silly Croft Orchard, the Nursery, Paddock, Proctors, Homesteads, Proctors Orchard, Hither Oberry, Further Oberry, Broad Meadow, a parcel in Moorfield, Upper Crossbrook, Crossbrook Coppice, Lower Crossbrook, Crossbrook Ashbed, the Great Moors, Great Moors Ashbed, Moorage, Lickmoors, Westernfield, Great Church field and Little Church field, all of which lie in th esaid parish of Ocle Pitchard, and 6 or 7 acres of which were formerly part of the Hillington alias Yelhampton estate and deemed to be tithe-free.
