TitleDeed of conveyance of Tyddyn Y Vach, Tyddyn Robert ap Evan Lloyd, Tyddyn Cowperiad [or Pen y Grug], Tyddyn y Crythion [Cryddion] or Bryn Cockyn, Tyddin Eithin, and Tyddyn William Owen - all in the parish of Llangristiolus - from the Right Hon. Marcus Trevor, Lord Viscount Dungannon in the Kingdom of Ireland, to William Jones of Plas Gwyn, the Viscount being heir of Anne Trevor, late Viscountess Dowager Dungannons who herself was sole heiress of the Presaddfedd estate [until it was sold by the Dungannons to John Owen of Cremlyn].
The consideration of £51 did not go to the pockets of Viscount Dungannon, but was merely a part-payment of his many debts to various mortgagees in London and North Ireland - in this doct. are many particulars of the indentures by which he was securely bound.
